1Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to KS999, an online gaming platform managed and operated by KS999 Entertainment Ltd. By accessing, registering, or using any part of our platform at ks999.vu, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

These terms cover all aspects of platform usage including account registration, deposits, withdrawals, participation in games, use of bonuses and promotions, and any other interaction with KS999 services. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please stop using our platform immediately.

KS999 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.

2Member Eligibility

To register and use KS999 services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Age limit: You must be at least 18 years of age. KS999 strictly prohibits use of the platform by underage individuals.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• One account only: Each individual is only permitted to hold one active account. Owning multiple accounts is a serious violation of these terms.
• Valid information: All information you provide during registration and the KYC process must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
• Non-insider: ks999 employees, their immediate family members, and ks999 business partners are not permitted to create member accounts.

3Account Registration

The ks999 registration process is designed to ensure the safety and integrity of our platform. Here is what you need to know:

• Registration details: You are required to provide your full name, an active phone number, a valid email address and a strong password when registering.
• Identity verification (KYC): Prior to your first withdrawal, you are required to complete the KYC process by uploading a valid copy of your national identity card (MyKad) or passport.
• Password: Use a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers and symbols. Never share your password with anyone.
• Bank account: The registered bank account name must match the name on your ks999 account for withdrawals to be processed.

KS999 reserves the right to reject any registration application or suspend any account where there is reasonable cause to believe that the information provided is false or misleading. We also reserve the right to request additional information at any time to comply with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

KS999 supports a variety of payment methods for the convenience of members in Malaysia. All transactions are protected by 256-bit SSL encryption to keep your funds secure.

Withdrawals will be processed to the same bank account or e-wallet used for the deposit. Withdrawal processing time depends on your VIP membership tier — from 1–2 hours for regular members to instant for Elite members. ks999 charges no withdrawal fees.

• Minimum withdrawal: RM 30 per transaction.
• Daily withdrawal limit: Depends on VIP tier; regular members RM 20,000, Elite members unlimited.
• Withdrawal verification: Withdrawals exceeding RM 5,000 may require additional verification for security purposes.
• Dormant funds: Accounts inactive for more than 12 months are subject to a monthly administrative fee of RM 10.

5Bonuses and Promotions

KS999 offers a wide range of attractive bonuses and promotions to our members. All bonuses are subject to the wagering requirements specified. Please read the following conditions carefully before claiming any bonus:

• Welcome bonus: Available to new members only. Subject to a 10x wagering requirement and must be completed within 7 days of the credit date.
• Weekly cashback: Calculated based on net losses over a 7-day period. Credited every Monday and may be withdrawn with no additional wagering requirements.
• Reload bonus: Available for a minimum daily deposit of RM 50. 5x wagering requirement and a 3-day validity period.
• Birthday promotion: Automatically credited on your birthday based on account activity in the preceding 30 days.
• One active bonus at a time: Only one promotional bonus may be active at a time. Bonuses cannot be combined unless otherwise stated.

KS999 reserves the right to change, suspend or terminate any promotion at any time. Any attempt to abuse the bonus system, including the use of multiple accounts or betting strategies found to violate the spirit of a promotion, will result in bonus cancellation and further action against the account concerned.

6Game Rules

All games offered by KS999 use a Random Number Generator (RNG) system that has been audited and certified by an independent body. This ensures every game round is fair and unbiased to all parties.

• Game results: All game results are final. No appeals will be accepted for results already logged by the system.
• Technical disruptions: In the event of a technical disruption during a game session, any bets placed will be settled based on our server records, which are considered the official record.
• Insufficient credits: Wagers will not be processed if your account balance is insufficient. Ensure your account has enough credits before you begin.
• Responsible gaming: KS999 encourages all members to set personal limits and play responsibly. Self-management tools are available in your account settings.
• Progressive jackpot: Jackpot payouts are subject to verification and may take up to 72 hours to process for amounts exceeding RM 50,000.

7Account Security

Your account security is a shared responsibility. ks999 invests heavily in bank-grade security infrastructure, but you also play an active role in protecting your account:

• Never share your password, PIN or login details with anyone, including KS999 staff.
• Always log out completely from your account after each session, especially on shared devices.
• Use a unique, strong password that is not used for any other account.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) in your account security settings for an added layer of protection.
• Report immediately to our support team if you suspect any suspicious activity on your account.

KS999 shall not be liable for any losses arising from a member's negligence in safeguarding their login credentials. Any unauthorised access must be reported within 24 hours of becoming aware of the incident.

8Fraud and Abuse

KS999 operates a zero-tolerance policy against all forms of fraud, system manipulation or platform abuse. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure without compensation:

• Money laundering: Using the ks999 platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the relevant authorities.
• Multiple accounts: Creating more than one account to claim bonuses or circumvent imposed limits is a serious violation.
• Use of bots or automated software: The use of any bots, automated scripts, or third-party software that provides an unfair advantage in games is prohibited.
• Threats or harassment: Any threats, harassment, or attempts to coerce ks999 staff into taking specific actions will be subject to legal proceedings.
• System bug exploitation: If you discover any bugs or system vulnerabilities, you are obliged to report them to us and must not exploit them for personal gain.

9Account Closure

Whether at your own request or by ks999's decision, an account may be closed under certain circumstances:

• Voluntary closure: You may request account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Any remaining balance will be transferred to your registered bank account once all conditions have been met.
• Closure by ks999: We reserve the right to close or suspend an account in the event of a terms violation, suspicious activity or upon instruction from the relevant authorities.
• Self-exclusion: Members who choose to self-exclude from the platform may contact customer support to activate this option. The minimum self-exclusion period is 6 months.

Once an account is closed due to a terms violation, KS999 reserves the right to withhold the remaining balance subject to case review. KS999's decision in this matter is final.

10Privacy Policy

KS999 takes your personal data privacy seriously. All information you provide is collected, stored and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which complies with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).

11Liability Limits

To the extent permitted by applicable law, KS999 shall not be liable for:

• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, including natural disasters, internet infrastructure failures or third-party actions.
• Any financial decisions made based on information found on our platform.
• Losses arising from a member's own negligence in safeguarding their account.

Under no circumstances shall KS999's maximum liability to any member exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.

12Amendment of Terms

KS999 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on our platform. We will endeavour to provide members with reasonable notice via email or in-platform notifications for any material changes.

It is your responsibility to check this page periodically. The most recent update date will always be displayed at the top of this page. If you disagree with any amended terms, you should stop using our platform and contact our support team to close your account.
